Collaborating with External Healthcare Professionals and Community Therapy Team
While we do not provide in-house therapy services for residents admitted through Advanced Dementia Care pathway, our nursing team collaborates closely with healthcare professionals, including neurologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists. We create personalised care plans and facilitate referrals to community therapy services as needed.
